Module 1 – Queer Friendly Fundamentals

This module is not to be confused with LGBTQIA+ basics. Instead we start with the fundamentals of conceptualizing, speaking to, advocating for, and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. If you want your impact to truly land, you don’t need the basics, you need the fundamental paradigm shifts around gender and sexuality that will automatically up-level your work. Module 6 – Family Matters

In this class we will discuss the nuances of close relationships that surround LGBTQIA+ individuals and the importance of biological versus chosen family. You will learn the best ways to support family and loved ones through transitions related to gender and sexual orientation that keep support systems strong and make relationships thrive throughout change.

This module is all about love in the queer community. We discuss intimate topics that are vital to helping your clients empower health, wholeness, and vitality in their relationships amidst gender and sexuality based oppression. You will learn the most important skills, language and approaches to helping your clients navigate the the tender terrain of sex, love, and dating in the queer community.
